How we handle the details you send through this site.
Who we are
help.fiberit.ro is run by SC FIBER IT SRL (VAT number RO31124491, trade register J2013000178129), based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@fiberit.ro.
What we collect
When you send a support request, we receive your name, your email address, your store URL, the theme you ask about, your message and any screenshots you attach. We use them only to answer your request and to fix problems in our themes.
We don't collect anything else on this site. There are no accounts, and no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer the request you sent us (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and, in our legitimate interest, to support the merchants who use our themes (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs Turnstile, the spam check on the support form.
- Amazon Web Services delivers your request and our confirmation email through Amazon SES, in the European Union.
- Our email provider stores the conversation with you.
We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep support conversations for up to 24 months after the last message, so we can follow up on the same problem, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, to restrict or object to their use, or to receive them in a portable form. Write to contact@fiberit.ro. If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
